On Monday, March 23rd, the BELONG European project Steering Committee held an online coordination meeting to align on the next operational steps. The session focused on several key progress markers:

• Documentation: Updates on the reporting and administrative forms to be completed following both sporting and non-sporting activities.

• Education & Outreach: Identification of the schools involved and interested in promoting the project’s values.

• Participant Status: A review of the total number of participants, including completed medical examinations and those currently scheduled.

• Logistics: A final verification of the facilities and structures to be utilized for the upcoming activities.

Finally, the committee officially identified the six SGS (Youth and School Sector) technicians—two for each project location—who will be directly involved in the field.
